Price
The prices indicated in the virtual store are valid until future changes in rates and / or typographical error or omission.
Delivery period
The products indicated in the store are available for immediate sale, or to supply within the delivery period indicated in the product file. In the event that any of the requested orders are exhausted at the time of ordering, we will contact the buyer immediately to supply an alternative product. The preparation of the order is carried out the same day of receipt of the order, if it is received before 1:00 p.m. If received after this time, the order will be shipped the next business day after receipt of the order.
Transport
For the Canary and Balearic Islands, the transport calculation must be reviewed and corrected if necessary. Due to R.D. 1136/1997, July 11, of the Regulation of the Law of Ordinance of Land Transport, art. 4.2 specifies that in fractional cargo services, loading and unloading operations, unless expressly agreed otherwise and, in any case, the placement, stowage and unloading of the goods will be the responsibility of the carrier. This obliges the carrier to unload the shipment from the truck or van and to deliver it at the home portal. If the package arrives in poor condition due to transport, this must be stated on the carrier's delivery note or even not accept the delivery. It is essential that you contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Maxxon Racing informs of the existence of a file of its ownership in which the data necessary to keep users informed or provide the services that users request will be included. The owner may exercise the rights recognized in the LOPD on this file and, in particular, access, rectification or cancellation of data and opposition, if relevant, as well as the revocation of consent for the transfer of their data under the terms provided in the LOPD. Order submission
From Maxon Racing, we send your orders in recycled or reused packaging, since its function is only to protect the items in the shipment and we must all contribute what is in our hands to reuse materials , like cardboard, which comes from natural resources. Sometimes and depending on the needs of the client and the article to be sent, we can use packaging in plastic or different envelopes. Maxon Racing, which sells its articles in the province of Alicante, makes the urgent transport service and its special rates available to customers, so that Maxon Racing customers receive their purchase as quickly and economically as possible. < / p>
Order delivery
Shipments are made by express transport, mainly with the SEUR transport company, with which they can communicate to know the status of their delivery once their order has been sent. SEUR's general contact telephone number is 902 101 010. The transport company has a delivery time of its shipments from the moment of collection of 24 hours in the peninsula, 48 hours in Portugal peninsula, from 48 hours to 72 hours in the Balearic Islands, and Variable of 3 10 days in the Canary Islands. These deadlines may be extended due to the circumstances of the shipment or receipt. The delivery person is not authorized to open any package sent before receiving payment. Once the payment has been received and the delivery is finished, the dealer is not authorized to manage the return on site.
Returns
Returns and return policies contemplate the return by the customer of all or part of their purchase provided that it is divisible by withdrawal. It does not include returns or exchanges for reasons of breakage, factory defect or malfunction. To return any item due to withdrawal, it must be in perfect condition. The management of breakages, damages or malfunctions is governed by different rules.
Return period
The private customer who receives his purchase purchased at maxxonracing.cm enjoys 15 days of return, which is the established return period.
Returnable products
All items that are kept in perfect condition with their original packaging and without any wear and tear are subject to return. Items without their original packaging are not subject to return, so the customer must keep the packaging in order to use it again in this case. Products that have been sold as an offer under the product package format in which different references are included as a single product are not subject to return separately. In this case, only one or more references of that product cannot be returned. As a general rule, to return an item pack or grouped item, it must be returned together with the same references that were purchased.
Shipment of returned items
Shipping of the item is at the customer's risk and expense. The customer must pay for the shipping of each returned item to our facilities, or deliver it personally. Damages caused by transport will be assumed by the customer.
Return procedure
To proceed with a return you must follow the following steps: 1.- Contact us indicating that you want to make a return through any of these means: responding to a previous email of the order to return, by calling or sending a WhatsApp to the phone 622371772. 2.- Pack the returned items, preferably in a rectangular cardboard box, or in any case, in the most convenient way to receive it in perfect condition. 3.- Print a copy of the order to which those items belong and put them in the box along with the returned items. If you prefer, you can tell us on the sheet which are the returned items so that we can check that all have arrived. 4.- When making the payment by bank transfer, you can write on the same order sheet the full bank account number and in IBAN format (the one that begins with ES ...), along with the name of the account holder. 5.- Indicate in the same box, writing clearly or fixing a piece of paper, the destination data of the shipment will be provided by email or telephone at the time of accepting the return.
The shipment must travel at your expense and prepaid. If you wish, we can make use of our agreement with the carrier for collection again and subtract the amount of that shipment from the return of the pending payment. Returns that arrive postage due may be rejected and returned to their sender.
Return acceptance
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will proceed to inspect it to accept or reject the return. Without exception, the return of all items that are in perfect condition with their original packaging will be accepted, all items that are in perfect condition that did not have original packaging in their shipment, all items that have been requested to the customer to be returned in the state indicated by the client as long as they do not contain any more wear, damage or hidden vice. In the event of acceptance of the returned merchandise, Maxxon racing will owe the customer the full amount of the price paid by the customer for that product. The shipping costs are in no way returnable. The refund of the amount owed will be made by the same means that the payment was made. The following are not subject to return: Consumable or wear products, fluids with the container unsealed, products with consumable or wear parts such as tires, oils, brake pads, etc., that show wear and tear on those parts; products with tampering marks, such as metal products marked by tools; products marked by the sender, modified products, personalized products or made at the customer's request, garments with signs of use, visuals or odors, products with marks for their use.
Refusal of return
Items that do not meet the conditions to be accepted for return will be rejected. Items that are accepted but reveal defects attributable to transport will be communicated to the customer but will not be accepted until the incident with the carrier is resolved.
Order confirmation
The current information will be followed by an email to the email address indicated by the buyer, after the order notification.
Confirmation and proof of payment
The records stored in THE SELLER's company systems, under adequate security conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between both parties. The storage of purchase orders and invoices, made in a reliable and durable way, can be created as proof of purchase.
Product information
All efforts have been made to guarantee the accuracy of the information present on THE SELLER'S SITE or its suppliers, however they are not responsible for the consequences, incidents or damages resulting from the transmission electronic or the accuracy of the information transmitted, even in the event that THE SELLER is aware of the possibility of such damages. Product and manufacturer names and brands are used for identification purposes only. All photos, descriptions and prices are not contractual.
Applicable legislation
These conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable to what is not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. In case of controversy or claim, the consumer will go mainly to the SELLER to find an amicable solution.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data provided by the Buyer will form part of the customer file of the Seller, whose purposes are the maintenance of the contractual relationship, the control and management of sales and their corresponding charges. The Seller will treat said data with the utmost confidentiality, and undertakes not to use them for a purpose other than that for which they have been collected, as well as to keep them with the appropriate measures that guarantee their security and avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. The Seller undertakes to keep professional secrecy regarding the aforementioned personal data, even after the contractual relationship has ended. The Buyer authorizes the Seller to keep his data for a period of five years once the contractual provision has been fulfilled. The Buyer has the possibility to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by directing a written communication to the attention of THE SELLER or through the website, section "Your Account".
Rules of litigation
Any order placed through the SELLER's online store is with the agreement of the customer, without limitation, to the SELLER's conditions of sale. These online sales conditions are subject to Spanish law. In the event of litigation, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of the SELLER's headquarters despite the plurality of defendants or call in guarantee.
